Our platform
Sophie Hub
Our proprietary reporting and analytics platform. It connects to your Amazon account through Amazon's official Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, and powers your hourly dashboard, weekly reports and our AI assisted analysis.
Data used: sales and traffic, advertising performance, Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance, catalog, inventory and fee data. Data not used: buyer names, addresses, contact details or payment information.

How apps are connected
- Apps are authorised through Amazon's official app authorisation flow only. We never ask for your Seller Central password.
- Each app receives only the data roles it needs.
- You can see and revoke every authorised app at any time in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps.

How team access works
- Our team members are added as individual users in Seller Central with named logins and two step verification.
- We request only the permissions our services need, mostly View, with Edit only where we do the work.
- We never request access to payments, bank details, tax settings, legal agreements or account ownership settings.
Access is removed when a team member leaves or a partnership ends.
